Slavomira “Cici” Roberts, MBA, is the Senior Director of Human Resources for the Task Force for Global Health.  In this role, she provides leadership and strategic direction for human resources and ensures compliance with policies and procedures. As a member of The Task Force Executive Team, Ms. Roberts facilitates partnerships across the Task Force.

Ms. Roberts has more than 17 years of experience in public health and the nonprofit sector.  Her advanced education and real-life employee journey have given her an empathetic perspective on human resources. She excels in planning, developing, and directing HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance reviews, and retention strategies. She has a proven track record of creating a culture of positive employee engagement and collaboration, achieving consistent results even during economic crises and leadership changes.

Ms. Roberts earned her undergraduate degree and MBA from Mercer University after immigrating from the Czech Republic in 2000. She is a Certified Human Resources Professional designated by the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). Her bilingual background and multicultural perspective ensure cultural sensitivity and a celebration of global diversity in the workplace.
