Edwina Payne is a global business leader with extensive experience across multiple industries, including life sciences, consumer goods, and banking. She has led technology strategy development, digital transformations, acquisitions and divestitures and cyber security programs in both public and private companies.

Edwina has more than 30 years of global supply chain and information technology experience, directing technology initiatives to help organizations become more competitive. She began her career at Kellogg Company, where she held leadership positions in the United States as well as Brazil and Mexico. Edwina has held senior leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, Zimmer Biomet, Avanos Medical, McKesson, and most recently Varsity Brands. She currently serves as an Independent Board Director for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta.
