Edwina Payne is a global business leader with extensive experience across complex, highly regulated industries, including life sciences, consumer goods, and banking. She brings deep expertise in enterprise governance, strategy, audit and risk oversight, mergers and acquisitions, organizational transformation, cybersecurity, and AI governance, helping organizations balance innovation with regulatory requirements and long-term sustainability.

Edwina has more than 30 years of global operational and technology experience, guiding large-scale transformations and building diverse teams across North America, Latin America, and international markets. She began her career at Kellogg Company, where she held leadership positions in the United States as well as Brazil and Mexico. Edwina has held senior leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, Zimmer Biomet, Avanos Medical, McKesson, and Varsity Brands, and currently serves on the boards of Royal Neighbors of America, Sunrise Banks, and Successive Digital.
