Yes, we are a registered as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Contributions to The Task Force are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Our federal tax number is 58-1698648.
Yes, we will send you a gift confirmation and receipt via email for your contribution, if you contribute online. If you donate by mail, we’ll send you a letter-receipt via mail.
As one of our core values, we strive to steward our funds diligently and responsibly. In FY2020, 84.5% goes to our programmatic work and 15.5% went to fundraising and administrative support.
Every year, we have an external, object accounting firm conduct a financial audit and we post the findings on our website’s financials page to be as transparent as possible. We also update our status with GuideStar and the 20 Charity Standards with the Better Business Bureau after each audit.

No, based on our Privacy Policy, we will not share your name or information with external parties. For those who donate a $1000 or more, we generally publish your name in the donor list of our annual report. If you would like this to not happen, please make your donation anonymous by selecting the check box on the donation form.
