Our operating structure is comprised of the primary non-profit organization, The Task Force for Global Health (the Task Force), and a non-profit subsidiary of the Task Force, Global Health Solutions (GHS). Both the Task Force and GHS are recognized non profit 501 (c) 3 organizations. You can read more about GHS here. Both the Task Force and GHS are committed to the vision of improving global health.
Our staff and global health initiatives are organized within the Task Force operating structure. The principal transactions for Global Health Solutions involve donated pharmaceuticals in support of Task Force international programs focused on neglected tropical diseases.
Our administrative and fiscal procedures are tailored to support our programs and mission. Through efficient and flexible administrative systems, we provide the breadth and capacity of resources needed to support innovation and partnership in global health, as well as have a greater impact on people and communities in need. The Task Force operating model draws upon the same legacy of collaboration that we use in our work. We strive to stay non-bureaucratic, so that we can be responsive to global health challenges. The Task Force's Integrated Program Services team provides direct support to our programs and projects.
