Our Team

The Task Force Associate Director of Finance, Daniel Martins, has over sixteen years of accounting, auditing, and management experience.

Mr. Martins began his accounting career at Coopers & Lybrand (now Price WaterhouseCoopers) and rose to the position of an Audit Manager. He later joined another CPA firm in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, focusing on audits for non-profit organizations and accounting systems. As an audit manager, he directed the audit of many organizations and agencies including that for the local government budget of Milwaukee County. Before joining the Task Force, Mr. Martins served as an Accounting Supervisor with a non-profit organization.

Mr. Martins is a Chartered Accountant and has received professional awards for his work. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Ghana and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee.
