The Task Force for Global Health, Inc. (The Task Force) is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) corporation, as defined by the United States Internal Revenue Service. The Task Force also has a supporting organization, Global Health Solutions, that receives in-kind contributions of donated pharmaceuticals, and other support. As a non-profit organization, the Task Force is required to file an annual IRS form 990 Return, “Organization Exempt From Income Tax,” with the Internal Revenue Service.
