The Task Force for Global Health, Inc. (The Task Force) is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) corporation, as defined by the United States Internal Revenue Service. The Task Force also has a supporting organization, Global Health Solutions, that receives in-kind contributions of donated pharmaceuticals, and other support. Our Annual Report for the 2010 fiscal year is available to view or download here.

As a non-profit organization, the Task Force is required to file an annual IRS form 990 Return, “Organization Exempt From Income Tax,” with the Internal Revenue Service. Copies of our past 990 forms (1997 through 2007) are available here, through Guidestar.org. The 990 Forms for the 2008 and 2009 Tax Years are available here.
