Our History Inspires Our Vision

We learn from our past and apply these lessons to the work ahead. As we reflect on the accomplishments and events of the past 25 years, we also reaffirm our commitment to working effectively with partners to improve the health and well-being of people in all parts of the world, but especially those most in need and those who have few to advocate for them. Through each of the Task Force programs and projects--, including those we have completed, those that are ongoing, and those that we plan for the future--, we will be mindful of the faces that draw us to research and address global health issues. The faces will be our reason for continuing this work and will propel us forward to consider new partnerships and approaches.

Thank you for your interest in our progress to date and our goals for the future of global health. We will lead the way toward understanding and helping to address better the ideals of global health for all people. In this role, we look forward to the coming years and the challenges they will present.
